The prices in the shop are shown in CHF. The price does not include the costs of packaging and shipping. They are mentioned with the product and vary depending on the size and packaging of the product.

The dispatch takes place usually on the next working day after receipt of payment.
As soon as the money is in my PayPal account (or bank account), I will send the goods via post (B-Post).
3-5 working days after receipt of payment
If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss in the post rests with the buyer.
Your goods will be sent with the Swiss Post. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be sent with B Mail (Switzerland: Parcel up to 2 kg A Mail CHF 9.00, B Mail CHF 7.00) For deliveries abroad, the postage depends on the country in question.
Defects / exchanges
As a buyer, you are obliged to check the goods upon receipt and to report any defects to me in writing within 5 days.
It is important to me that you are happy with my products! If you are not satisfied, you can send the goods back to me within 10 days without giving a reason. The purchase amount, minus shipping costs, will then be refunded to you.
Please note that the products must be packaged for hygienic reasons.
